Christopher Moles is a seasoned legal and real estate professional based in San Jose, California, with a career that bridges the courtroom, business development, and community leadership. He currently serves as Vice President and Managing Officer at Intero Real Estate Services, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, where he oversees more than 200 real estate agents.
Originally from California, Chris earned his B.A. in Political Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He later moved to Omaha, Nebraska, where he completed both his J.D. and MBA at Creighton University in 2009, with a growing interest in real estate and public service.
Chris began practicing law in Silicon Valley with Menekshe, Cardwell & Ruiz, LLP. He joined Intero in 2010 and quickly moved through the ranks. From Corporate Counsel to General Counsel and eventually Vice President.
At one point, he was responsible for the legal and business operations of 20 company owned real estate offices and 55 franchise locations across six states, supporting over 5,500 agents. He also directly managed the day to day business operations of two high performing locations.

Launching joint ventures in mortgage, title, escrow, and insurance that generated millions in net profits annually

Leading the development and permitting of 29 California offices, and supporting the expansion of 50+ franchise locations across the U.S.

Overseeing commercial redevelopment projects, including a $15 million resale of a mixed-use property in Menlo Park
Chris is known for his ability to combine legal insight with practical business strategy, particularly in the areas of operations, compliance, and franchise development.
Chris has also been involved in civic life. While in Omaha, he was elected at-large to represent the Downtown Omaha Business Improvement District in 2007, where he focused on urban renewal efforts. In 2008, he was nominated for the Nebraska State Senate, earning bipartisan respect for his leadership and public policy work.
Chris and his wife Jessica have been married since 2014 and live in San Jose with their four children. They’re active members of St. Christopher Parish and give back regularly through community service and local charities in West San Jose and South Santa Clara County. In his free time, Chris enjoys family life, coaching or supporting community sports, and staying engaged in education and housing issues around Silicon Valley.
